EC Call for Tender "ESF Expert Evaluation Network"

The European Commission (DG Employment Social Affairs and Equal Opportunities, Evaluation and Impact Assessment Unit) has recently launched a call for tender, entitled "ESF Expert Evaluation Network".

The objective of this contract is to set up an Expert Evaluation Network which will collect, analyse, synthesise and aggregate evaluation studies carried out by the Member States. This assignment is to be based on evaluation work undertaken by the Member States.

There will be a single contract with the Directorate General for Employment, Social Affairs and Equal Opportunities for this work.The contractor will undertake the establishement of a national experts Network. There will be at least one national expert in each Member State.

The deadline for the bids is 9 April 2010.
