All the content of the internet portal, apart from explicitly specified exceptions (intellectual property of third parties), consisting, for example, of texts, graphics, images, photographs, drawings, videos, sounds, etc. (hereinafter ‘the content’), constitutes the intellectual property, trade marks and departmental logos of the ESF Actions Coordination and Monitoring Authority (EYSEKT), and in some cases of the Greek state, and is protected by the national, community and international legislation in force. An exception is made in the case of the isolated storing of one single copy of part of the content on a simple PC, for personal, not for commercial or public use, and without deletion of the indication of its source, the relevant intellectual property rights in no way being compromised thereby.
