Evaluation for the Development – 1st annual conference of the Hellenic Evaluation Society

The Hellenic Evaluation Society organized its first annual conference with the topic “Evaluation for the Development: Implementation of the Global Evaluation Agenda in European and National level, on Thursday 12th October 2017, in Technopolis  Athens”.

The aim of the conference was to provide the representatives of the policy makers and the evaluation community with the opportunity to exchange views and beliefs, thus setting in motion the dialogue for the ways in which evaluation can contribute to the development efforts in the public and private sector in Greece.

ESF Actions Coordinating and Monitoring Authority actively participated in the Conference via Unit C’ Coordination of the Evaluation of ESF OPs. In the Section 2 panel with the topic “Implementing the Global Agenda for Evaluation in a transforming Europe”, Ms E.Koukoula and Mr L.Kantsos participated, the latter as the keynote speaker.
